Refund, Cancellation, and Terms Agreement
Refund, Cancellation, and Terms Agreement
This Refund, Cancellation, and Terms Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the policies and procedures for registering for and participating in a CanyonRunSundays track event. By purchasing a ticket or participating in any event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. No Refund Policy & Ticket Transfer Guidelines
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to cancellations, failure to attend, no-shows, or early departure from the event.
CanyonRunSundays events are held rain or shine. Refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions, including rain or other adverse weather.
If a registered participant is unable to attend, they may transfer their ticket to another individual for the same event date with prior approval from CanyonRunSundays.
Ticket transfers must be requested and approved in advance.
The new participant must meet all eligibility requirements and agree to all event terms.
If the new participant is in a different run group, the transfer will only be approved if space is available in that class.
Tickets cannot be transferred to a different event date or used as credit for future events.
2. Non-Resellable Tickets
Tickets may not be resold or transferred without approval from CanyonRunSundays. Unauthorized transfers or sales will result in cancellation without refund.
3. Right to Remove Participants
CanyonRunSundays reserves the right to remove any participant from the event at any time, with or without prior warning, for reasons including but not limited to:
Failure to comply with event rules, track policies, or safety regulations.
Reckless driving behavior that endangers themselves or others.
Failure to follow instructions from event officials or staff.
Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate conduct.
Participants removed from the event for any reason will not be eligible for a refund or ticket transfer.
4. Tech Inspection & Liability Waiver
All drivers must complete and submit a Tech Inspection Sheet before being allowed on track.
A signed Liability Waiver is required for all participants (drivers and passengers).
No driver will be allowed on track without both forms properly filled out and signed.
Electronic signatures are not accepted—printed, signed copies are required.
Failure to provide these forms upon check-in will result in denial of entry without a refund.
5. Assumption of Risk and Liability Release
By registering for and participating in a CanyonRunSundays event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Track events carry inherent risks, including vehicle damage, personal injury, and death.
You assume full responsibility for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur.
CanyonRunSundays and its staff are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses before, during, or after the event.
Failure to comply with event safety protocols may result in removal from the event without a refund.
6. Acknowledgment of Terms
By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in a CanyonRunSundays event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. These terms apply to all events unless specifically modified in writing by CanyonRunSundays.
