TECH INSPECTION
This is a self-tech event. Drivers are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are safe and reliable for track use. Please complete the attached tech form and present it during check-in on the morning of the event. Random inspections may occur to verify compliance with minimum safety standards.
RUN GROUPS
Run groups will be organized by lap times. Drivers may be reassigned if they demonstrate adequate/insufficient lap times OR situational awareness for a given group.
Beginner: 2:16 - 2:30
Novice: 2:10 - 2:15
Intermediate: 2:05 - 2:09
Advanced: SUB2 - 2:05
Lap times will be tracked using the free app Track Addict. Please download and set it up before the event.
PASSENGERS & HELMETS
Passengers are welcome! Both drivers and passengers must:
Bring a Snell-rated helmet (SA2015 or SA2020).
Print and sign the waiver of liability form included in this email. No waiver, no ride-alongs.
Helmets are mandatory for all participants on the track. This track does not provide helmet rentals; all participants will be responsible for bringing their own.
EVENT FEES
Buttonwillow Raceway Park charges a $10 gate fee per person upon entry.
TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS
Refunds are available up to 21 days before the event with a 30% processing fee.
Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for this event.
The event will proceed rain or shine—no exceptions.
